WELCOME TO CASA BOSQUES PENSIÓN

PENSIÓN is a ten-room guesthouse in the heart of Roma Norte, conceived as a home shaped by its neighbourhood and its rhythms. Created by SAVVY as part of the philosophy of Casa Bosques, it sits above the Casa Bosques Bookstore and Chocolate Atelier, drawing from travel, art, food, and design through a collected, intuitive approach to hospitality.

Set within two former family homes, the house preserves its character through Juliet windows and garden patios. Each room is shaped by thematic wallpapers, custom rigs, furniture, and carefully assembled objects—designed to subtly reframe one’s perception of space, guided by the instinct of a collector rather than the logic of a hotel.

PENSIÓN is less a place to stay than a sequence of atmospheres, inviting guests to find their own phase.

OUR ROOMS

The Grand rooms are the most spacious in the house, ranging from 28 to 31 m². High ceilings frame generous proportions, and large windows open onto either the tree-lined street or the interior courtyard.

A few steps from your room, Casa Bosques Bookstore brings together a carefully curated selection of books, magazines and independent publications spanning art, architecture, design, photography and critical thought. More than a bookstore, it is an active cultural platform, hosting book launches, talks, performances and collaborations with artists, publishers and designers from around the world.

Casa Bosques Chocolate

Next door, Casa Bosques Chocolate approaches chocolate as both craft and creative medium. Produced from heirloom cacao sourced from small farms across Mexico and Latin America, each bar is made with uncompromising attention to origin, process and flavour. Through seasonal editions and collaborations with artists, chocolate becomes another expression of Casa Bosques' ongoing dialogue between design, culture and craftsmanship.

IDEAL RESTAURANT

Located just below PENSIÓN, IDEAL is a restaurant and bar inspired by 1970s Mexico City through an Austrian lens. Its seasonal kitchen is guided by exceptional ingredients and subtle Southern European influences, while a carefully curated wine list accompanies a menu conceived by Laila Gohar as an everyday ritual. An intimate setting for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an evening drink, IDEAL extends the quiet rhythm and collected atmosphere of Casa Bosques.

Our rooftop infinity pool offers panoramic views of Portview Harbor and the surrounding mountains. Open daily from 7am to 10pm, the pool area features comfortable loungers, private cabanas, and poolside service from our Aqua Bar. Towel service and refreshments are complimentary for all hotel guests.
