PENSIÓN is a ten-room guesthouse in the heart of Roma Norte, conceived as a home shaped by its neighbourhood and its rhythms. Created by SAVVY as part of the philosophy of Casa Bosques, it sits above the Casa Bosques Bookstore and Chocolate Atelier, drawing from travel, art, food, and design through a collected, intuitive approach to hospitality.
Set within two former family homes, the house preserves its character through Juliet windows and garden patios. Each room is shaped by thematic wallpapers, custom rigs, furniture, and carefully assembled objects - designed to subtly reframe one’s perception of space, guided by the instinct of a collector rather than the logic of a hotel.
Downstairs, IDEAL completes the experience as an all-day café and bar, conceived as a gathering place for guests and neighbours alike.
PENSIÓN is less a place to stay than a sequence of atmospheres, inviting guests to slow down and find their own rhythm.
